Location and cabin we stayed in were really good. However, the service we received from the caravan park staff was poor, especially post our stay. Customer service is not their strong point. Would not stay there again due to the poor customer service. Other caravan parks with cabins in town would be a better option.

Wow, what an awesome location. Elevated so you can see parklands in foreground & beautiful estuary / ocean in background. No need for $1 coins in laundry, they have tap & pay. Pizza van came one night, a Cob van came another night. Kids across the way were in love with the beautiful parrots that they were hand feeding. What a great place... and my little dog just loved it. Thanks guys.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff that enjoyed meeting our staffy as much as meeting us. The cp is just a short walk to the beach which also has a coffee van where you can have a brew while taking in the glorious sunrises. We've booked a powered site for next year.

Fabulous Caravan park with so many facilities and features. Stayed in one of the tiny houses for 5 days and it was a real treat. Spotless facilities, loved the theme nights and coffee cart. Most of all the beautiful sea/lake. Awesome location.

Excellent large (by most caravan parks) powered sites, easy access with beautiful ocean / estuary views. Some sites have synthetic grass awning areas which makes a nice base. Very clean and modern amenities around the site. Friendly check in staff. Shopping centre with Aldi and Coles a short walk away

We didn't stay at this park, but did a drive around the area. This park is very well located for those with small children as there is access to the creek that leads out to the surf. The park seemed a bit hilly, but we didn't drive in to have a look. We would definitely look at spending some time here when we are down this way again.

My family was supposed to be staying here for the next 3 weeks. 2 caravan sites booked and a cabin. They were travelling up today and staying halfway before arriving at the park tomorrow. Midday the day before the commencement of their booking the park called up and told them their sites have been taken, with little to no explanation. They have had these sites booked for nearly 12 months. They went to the park, booked them in person and paid their deposit. THEY WERE ALREADY ON THEIR WAY. This is absolutely pathetic. We are so disappointed. Could you please elaborate on how this is incorrect? I’d love to put peoples mind at ease that their bookings will be respected. Happy to take a call to hear the explanation. As for the future, it is unfortunate you were unwilling to resolve this today or they would be staying there tomorrow as booked.

Stayed in a Tiny home with my dog for 3 nights. Very dog & family friendly. Although the surf is hard to access, the creek & "lake" are ideal for children. Easy walk to the village for supplies. An onsite coffee cart from 6am to 1pm & woodfired pizza on Friday & Sunday.
